Southern Plant Haven (“SPH,” “we,” “our”) provides digital products, plant care guides, templates, checklists, and educational content through the SPH Blog. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small business.

By purchasing from SPH, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Guides)

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” SPH does not offer refunds for:

  • Downloadable plant care guides
  • Digital templates or checklists
  • Printable resources
  • Educational PDFs
  • Any other instant digital download

If you purchased a digital product by mistake, please contact us immediately before downloading the file.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, SPH will issue a refund for the duplicate order. Proof of duplicate purchase may be required.

4. File Access Issues

If you experience trouble accessing or downloading your files:

  • Email us at support@southernplanthaven.com
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will resend your files or provide alternate access at no additional cost.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect, SPH will:

  • Replace the file
  • Provide an updated version
  • Or grant alternate access

This does not constitute a refund but ensures you receive the correct product.

6. Unauthorized Sharing or Distribution

Purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Refunds will not be issued for orders flagged for:

  • Unauthorized sharing
  • File redistribution
  • Commercial use without license

SPH reserves the right to revoke access to products in cases of misuse.

7. Live Plant Orders (Future Shopify Store)

SPH Blog digital products follow the policy above. When the SPH online plant shop launches, a separate Live Plant Refund & Replacement Policy will apply
